How the Program Works
- Making a Referral: Submit your referrals through our dedicated online form or via our referral email address, including all required details about the referred company and the potential placement opportunity.
- Tracking Your Referral: Once submitted, you'll receive an acknowledgment email. We will keep you updated on the status of your referral as it progresses.
- Receiving Your Reward: Upon the successful placement of a candidate with the referred client and completion of the qualifying period, you'll be eligible for the $500 reward.
Making a Referral
Online Form
Fill out the referral form with the following information:
- Your contact details
- Company being referred, including key contact (if available)
- Brief description of the referral opportunity
Referral Email
Send your referrals to referrals@theres.space with the subject line "Referral Submission" and include the same information as required in the online form.
Eligibility and Conditions
- Referrals must be new clients to Gore Talent LLC, not previously in contact with us about our services within the last 12 months.
- A successful placement is defined according to our standard recruiting contract terms, with the candidate remaining in the position for at least the initial guaranteed period.
Reward Payment
- Rewards are paid within 30 days after the candidate completes the qualifying period of employment and all placement fees have been received by Gore Talent LLC.
- Payment methods will be coordinated directly with the referrer, offering options such as gift card, check, or bank transfer.
