Gore Talent LLC Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to the Gore Talent LLC Referral Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The Program is designed to reward individuals ("Referrers") who refer new clients to Gore Talent LLC ("Company") that result in a successful placement.


Eligibility

  1. Participants: The Program is open to industry professionals connected with the Company on any of its social media accounts, past clients, and current clients of the Company. Employees of the Company are not eligible to participate.
  2. Referrals: A qualifying referral ("Referral") is a new client introduced to the Company by the Referrer that has not previously been in contact with the Company regarding its services within the last 12 months.


Program Participation

  1. How to Refer: Referrers may submit referrals through the designated form on the Company’s website or via the specified referral email address. All referrals must include the Referrer's contact information, the referred company's details, and any specific opportunities available.
  2. Acknowledgment of Referral: The Company will acknowledge receipt of each referral via email. Submission of a referral does not guarantee acceptance or a successful placement.


Rewards

  1. Referral Reward: The Referrer is eligible to receive a one-time payment of $500 ("Reward") for each successful placement made with a referred new client, subject to the following conditions:
  2. The referred client must enter into a recruiting contract with the Company within 90 days of the submitted referral date.
  3. A successful placement is defined according to the terms of the recruiting contract established between the Company and the referred client.
  4. The Reward is payable after the placed candidate completes a predetermined period of employment (30 days) with the referred client, and all fees associated with the placement have been paid in full to the Company.
  5. Payment of Rewards: Rewards will be paid to the Referrer within 30 days following the completion of the conditions outlined above. Rewards will be paid via a method determined by the Company (e.g., check, bank transfer).


General Terms

  1. Confidentiality: Participants agree not to disclose or use any confidential information received from the Company during the Program for any purpose outside the scope of the Program.
  2. Compliance with Laws: The Referrer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to taxes, for their participation in the Program.
  3. Modification or Termination: The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, without notice, and at its sole discretion.
  4. Disputes: Any disputes related to the Program will be resolved by the Company in a manner it deems fair, with consideration for maintaining a positive relationship with all parties involved.
  5. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
